How to play Army Run

  1. Your army runs forward on its own. Drag left or right, or hold ← → / A D, to steer.
  2. Pick a side at every pair of gates: green adds soldiers, gold multiplies, red takes soldiers away.
  3. Line up with red squads early: your soldiers shoot them down before they reach you. Whatever is left fights hand to hand.
  4. Steer around the spinning roulette saws. Any soldiers that touch them are lost.

Scoring

10 points for every soldier who reaches the finish, plus 1 point for every enemy you beat. If your army is wiped out you keep only the enemy points.

Tips

  • Look at your army size before picking a gate: ×2 beats +20 once you have more than 20.
  • A bigger army is wider, so it is harder to fit past the saws.
  • Fight the small squads you can shoot down, and slip past big ones if you can.

How do you play?

Your army runs up the road on its own. Drag left and right (or use the arrow keys) to steer. Green gates add soldiers, gold gates multiply them, red gates take soldiers away, so pick the better side. Line up with enemy squads so your soldiers shoot them before they reach you, and steer around the spinning saws.

Is it fair?

Both players get the identical road. Our server replays all of your steering with the same rules to work out your score, and it only ever shows you the next few seconds of road, so nobody can see the course in advance.

Is this the game from the ads?

It's our own take on the gate-and-army runner style that's popular in ads right now, built to actually play the way it looks, and for real money.

Do I need to download an app?
